Hotel was close to everything,shopping was within three minutes walk and park. Great tapa bars in the area. Glad we booked parking under hotel as roads were very busy.Will use this Hotel again.

We stayed at a hotel within walking distance to the historic town center and close to the city's exits, making it very convenient for transportation. An excellent restaurant we found nearby was Rincon del Poeta on Calle Obispo Hurtado.

The hotel offered great value for money, the room was comfortable with very good facilities. A little away from the immediate center but a very short and easy walk away from restaurants and sights.

Good access from Autovia (Highway). We got a feeling that it is a family driven hotel that gives you a little bit more worming welcome then other big hotels.

There was some confusion with the receptionist and the check-in process could have been smoother.

location was great for us--close enough to the sites (1.5 or so km from plaza nueva) but far enough away that it was quiet at night. rooms were modest and comfortable, if not overly luxurious. breakfast was decent, and coffee was very good.
